Let me start off this post by saying that I am not knocking all of those women who provide training, classes, books, courses, retreats etc. to help you host a Woman’s Circle. I am respectful, appreciative and in general awe of their experience and talent.

And I am also not knocking the prices some of them charge to do so. Because you know, they need to eat, too. They need a roof over their heads and clothes on their backs, and if they have gifts to share and can charge for it, and people attend and keep attending, then more power to them!

Because no one is forcing you to take their $700 course or go on their $3000 retreat, but if they can provide these offerings and make a living and it keeps them from wasting their talents selling insurance in an office, then yea them!

But again, this post is not about them.

It is about you.

The woman out there who started reading Clarissa Pinkola Estes Women Who Run with the Wolves and realized they were a misplaced zygote who never really felt like they ‘fit in‘, or who connected within a face book group and realized oh my, there are other women out there who recharge by going out into nature, not by going shopping … that ‘weird’ is not such a bad word and that ‘normal’ may be far worse, especially when it is at the expense of that small voice inside that knows when you are headed in the right direction …

But you know, you’ve got a busy life going on, children to take care of, bills to pay, husbands and inlaws and bosses who demand things of you daily, and although you’d love to do the Aphrodite retreat in Greece, it just ain’t happenin’ any time in the near future …

YOU are the one I made the Divine Feminine App for … because after I realized the above, I realized just how many of us there are and that we need a way to connect. And that even though time, money and energy may not allow us to take advantage of some of these other fantastic offerings, we can spare a couple hours every two weeks or once a month to come together in a Women’s Circle.

And this is my heartfelt belief that you only need these three things to start a Women’s Circle:

  1. Honesty … I don’t have a lot of experience with this .. But I do have…
  2. A willingness to listen and learn … let’s journey together
  3. An appreciation … of something, be that music, song, nature, silence, meditation. Whatever that is, you are willing to make a container to hold that … and then see where it goes.

The right women will show up.
The right lessons will appear.

And I’m not going to lie, sometimes, that may be a big ol’ slice of humble pie, giving your ego self what it needs. Growth is painful. That’s why there are ‘growing pains’. But it is always worth it.

And when you are on path with what Divinity wants from you, it is pure magic how doors open.
